Delivery

Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We use a courier, next working day delivery service, or recorded Royal Mail for all products. We endeavor to dispatch products on the same day of confirmation that your order is accepted, although, if any product that you order is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as practicable to let you know. If delay in dispatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the product has not been already dispatched, cancel your order and we will refund all sums paid by you.

Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability. If they apply they may require to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. You may be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, you may wish to contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.

Returns

No-Quibble Returns Policy

You may return your order for any reason by giving us written notice within 10 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. Where items are to be exchanged, non offer postage fees will be charged. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Goods to Us

In order to return any goods, please: enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging stating the reason for return clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to: Elm Of Burford, 48 High Street, Burford, Oxfordshire OX18 4QF England

If you fail to return any goods that you have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods.

International Returns

If returned from outside the EU, goods must be marked "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" and accompanied by an appropriate customs form. Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation. *Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account.

Faults

In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault. Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept boots/clothes unless they have been cleaned thoroughly. We will refund or exchange faulty items. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Courier Delivery

Next working day - UK
2 day - Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and
2-5 days - EU and all other countries.

Royal Mail 1st Class Mail

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Mail without a signature and no instruction can be given to leave the parcel safe. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Deliveries take 2-3 days.

Royal Mail Standard Tracked

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked and require a signature unless an instruction is given for the parcel to be left safe. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Deliveries take 2-3 days.
