Blair Castle Barclays International Horse Trials and Country Fair is Scotland's leading equestrian event, running over four days in August each year and attracting in excess of 40,000 visitors. Olympics medallists compete alongside amateurs in the four International event classes, whilst British Showjumping and showing classes provide a platform for riders in other disciplines to compete on Blair's hallowed turf.

The Bruadar Country Fair runs alongside the equestrian activities on the Saturday and Sunday, featuring displays of both traditional and more modern countryside pursuits. A large shopping village harbours all sorts of attractions and bargains in over 200 stands.

Drivers should follow the event signage, which will direct them to the appropriate gates in accordance with the approved event traffic management system. The Fidelity Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials welcome all visitors to the event, from the first time guest to the many who come back year after year to enjoy the four days of exciting action! Children who are under 12 years of age can access the event and the Member's areas free of charge if accompanied by an adult who has the relevant admission tickets.

The Autumn Show & Game Fair is a great day out for fans of hunting, shooting and fishing, with lots of attractions to entertain the whole family. This is a chance to try your hand at a range of country pursuits and enjoy the fresh autumn air in a beautiful rural setting. Come and try Clay Pigeon Shooting, watch the Fly Casting Demonstrations or admire the Vintage Vehicles and Machinery on display.

Our four-legged friends are out in force with the Gundog Scurry, Cavalcade of Hounds, Terrier & Lurcher Display and agility shows & competitions.

And with Harris’s Funfair, a Punch & Judy Show, treats to eat and lots of open space for letting off steam, there’s plenty to keep children entertained too.
