Now in its 20th year, the Highclere Game and Country Fair offers visitors a wide range of top class family entertainment.
Set in the glorious grounds of Highclere Castle, the Fair draws visitors from across the Southern Counties, and much further afield. The Highclere Game and Country Fair is home to some of the World's most prestigious field sports competitions, and attracts competitors from across the globe.
The "Capability Brown" designed landscape provides a visually stunning, yet intimate and relaxing backdrop. All day family entertainment and fabulous retail therapy make the Highclere Game and Country Fair a great day out for the whole family.
Throwing the spotlight on the best in British agriculture, equestrianism, horticulture, food and drink, country crafts, sports and activities, for three glorious days!
Music, crafts, trade stalls and even freestyle motorcycling are combined with more traditional entertainment such as show jumping and livestock showing.
Set within the spectacular grounds of the Harewood Estate, the family-orientated show will boast world-class fieldsports competitions, have-a-go opportunities, as well as exhilarating acts and displays.
With an action-packed schedule lined up, this year’s show will bring hundreds of exhibition stands, picnic areas, a jam-packed Main Arena schedule, children’s entertainment, food festival, craft and antiques fairs and live folk music to name just a selection of what’s in store, also including some never seen before feature areas!
We’ve been trying to capture what people love most about the Show and haven’t managed it!
That's because no one single thing makes it special. What does is that it offers an eclectic mix of the expected and unexpected that keeps the thousands who flock here each year coming back year after year.
For those who think it’s just cows and combine harvesters, then what can we say? Be prepared for an experience like no other. We guarantee that if you come you'll be back year after year.
Scottish Game Fair visitors come from far and wide to enjoy the lively and friendly atmosphere, to hunt for bargains in over 300 trade stands, to learn more about their countryside, to see a huge variety of displays and demonstrations and to test their skills in a wide range of competitions.
